Richard Romer-Lee
Chief executive officer, Square Mile

Richard is the managing director and co-founder of Square Mile, and is responsible for determining the strategy and focus for the business in conjunction with the board and the executive management team. He works closely with clients, as well forging strong business relationships within the wider industry. Richard regularly interviews leading industry figures for Square Mile’s popular ‘Talking With’ series.

Jake Moeller
Senior investment consultant, Square Mile

Jake is involved in managing Square Mile’s investment consulting output and has fund research responsibilities in UK property, US equities and global equity income. He also supports research relating to ESG and responsible investment and is a lead media spokesperson.

Jack Wasserman
Investment director, impact strategies, Schroders

Jack has a focus on impact strategies within Schroders Capital and Blue Orchard Finance. He is responsible for product development, with specific focus on impact solutions across private and public markets, and capital raising. Prior to joining the impact strategies team, he was a sales director at Schroders, focusing on London-based intermediary clients. He began his career in 2011.

Laurence Taylor
Portfolio specialist,
T. Rowe Price Global Impact Equity Fund

Laurence is a portfolio specialist in the equity division. He represents the firm's global equity strategies to institutional clients, consultants, and prospects. His investment experience began in 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008.

Ingrid Kukuljan
Head of impact investing, Federated Hermes

Ingrid joined the international business of Federated Hermes in February 2020 with more than 22 years’ experience in financial services. As head of impact investing, she is responsible for the construction and management of the portfolios within the Impact Opportunities strategy. Her experience spans asset management as well as capital and private markets.

Jamie Broderick
Director, Impact Investing Institute

Jamie is a director of the Impact Investing Institute, an independent, non-profit UK organisation that aims to accelerate the growth and improve the effectiveness of the impact investing market. The Institute is supported by the UK's Government Inclusive Economy Unit, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the City of London Corporation, and a number of financial services organisations in the UK.
